First, it’s important that you import your tacho data into the software. This can be done with our solution or via a connection to your own trusted telematics solution. Once you’ve done this, the tachograph software will automatically start analyzing the tacho data and creating tasks.
When you need to take action, a task will appear on the dashboard. Each task shows what went wrong and what action is required. You don’t need to be an expert; the software tells you exactly what needs to be done.
After reviewing the errors, make a (phone) appointment with the driver. The goal of the meeting is to discuss the violations and document them. Give the driver insight and agree on how to improve.
In the task, you can directly print a report with the violations. You will use this report during your conversation with the driver. After explaining the violations, have the report signed and upload the document in the tachograph software.
Note in the task what you discussed with the driver. Why did it go wrong, and what will you do to prevent the same mistakes in the future? This way, you can prove to the inspection bodies that you are actively addressing violations. This will result in fewer tachograph fines!
Once you have completed all legally required actions, you can mark the task as completed. Congratulations, you have met your legal obligations. All within one screen, in as little time as possible, with minimal effort. 100% compliant.
